Accountemist LLC (“Accountemist”, “we”, “us”) operates this website to share information about our services and let prospective clients schedule conversations with our team. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. If you book a meeting through our scheduler or contact us by email, we receive the details you provide (such as name, email, firm, and the topic you want to discuss).
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how visitors arrived at the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics sets cookies that allow it to recognize repeat visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule meetings.
- To improve the website experience and our content.
- To meet legal, security, and operational obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with the vendors that operate this site and our scheduling tooling (currently Calendly, Google Analytics, and our hosting provider) so they can provide their services to us. Each vendor has its own privacy practices.

- Most browsers allow you to clear or block cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how scheduling tools work.
- To request a copy of information you've submitted, or to ask us to delete it, email customersuccess@accountemist.ai.
