Where our assessment leads
Our assessment is the starting point for acceleration. This creates a foundation to proceed with confidence and focus throughout the lifecycle of a project. If you choose to proceed with us after the assessment, we will clearly define what the build and scale stages look like with us after the assessment is complete.
Build takes the top priorities, builds a minimum viable product (MVP), and tests the value with a sub-set of the total population under real operating conditions. You leave with a tangible, measurable product, a roadmap, and limited risk.

You can leverage the assessment deliverable however you'd like, no further commitments! E.g., you can execute the roadmap with internal resources or have a different vendor help you.
The assessment is included in your Build cost, and is required to establish a baseline. If you're ready for the Build phase, then we expect the Assess phase to be even shorter than normal.
Access to the people who run the work and a short window of their time. In some cases, sample data may be requested to support our analysis and recommendations.
